My Grandson actually rode one!!

I found this cut on A Child's Year and it brought back so many memories. My Grandson had a fire engine car when he was young that he rode all around the yard. He is 17 now, riding toys are way over. Now he drives motorcycles and cars. I kinda wish he was 3 again! Here's my card.  I found a few challenges still using red,white,and blue, or summer fun. Listed below.


This a A2 card. The solid papers are all American crafts.  The checked paper is DCWV.  The little flowers are a EK Success punch, and the little pearl in the center I made with a Viva Decor pearl pen in cream. If you haven't tried this stuff it's pretty cool.

    This card is so fabulous, Pam! I love your design! The background embossing is awesome, I love the flowers, the paper and the little boy on the firetruck is just adorable! And it is even more special that it reminds you of your grandson! I love this :)

    This is one of my favorite cuts on A Child's Year -- and you have done a BEAUTIFUL job with it!! I LOVE that it reminds you of your grandson -- makes it even more special!! :)

    OMG! That car brings back so many memories. I once had a pedal car many many years ago. I do not remember much about my childhood, but I do remember my red pedal car. Thanks for joining the challenge at My Craft Spot and for bringing back some fond memories.

    This is one of my favorite cartridges. It is so cool that your grandson actually rode one of these. My dad used to have a couple of them I remember them from being a kid. I love the texture to this card!
