I have something to share!

I have a couple of things to share with my craft family.  First and most important is I have a new grandson:)))  His name is  Braxon Levi. He was born on March 26, 2013. He is so cute, I will add some pictures here.

Here's some of Kyce and Braxon together.

They are both so sweet.  I am very blessed to have them in my life.

Now for the second thing I wanted to share with you.
In September 2012 I was told that I had cancer. I shared this with only a couple of you.  I did that because I was not sure if I was going to share it at all. Since then I have had chemo, and radiation. The original cancer was pronounced gone in Dec. 2012. Ray and I were so excited because we usually go to Elkins Resort for Christmas. We were not sure if that was going to happen and it did!! We had a beautiful Christmas!

Some of the most wonderful things that happened during this time is my radiation Dr. is a Christian so we were always on the same page, if that makes sense. I also have a couple wonderful prayer warriors in Karen at Kaleidoscopic Sparkles, and Lisa at A Mermaids Crafts. These ladies have sent me cards, and been so close to me during this amazing experience.

I was given a pet-scan on April 19 and the report was that there was now cancer in my lungs and my colon. I was immediately on my computer to Karen, she is a true blessing from the heart of God Himself to me! She keeps me lined up to the Word of God, reminding me Jesus is the truth and His report is the only report to believe. His report is I am healed! He is Jehovah Rapha, the Lord that heals.  Anything different from that  is a lie.

Yesterday I had a colonoscopy (which by the way is awful) and they found NO cancer! Thank you my sweet Lord, for being faithful to Your Word.

Next week I go to the Oncologist to see what our next step is for what was on the pet-scan in my lungs.
I choose to believe God's Word and that once again He is healing me. I have known Father God all my life and my life has always been in His hands. He has never let me down, EVER! He will not now!

As Job said yeah they kill me I will still serve the Lord! He is and will always be on the throne of Heaven and my heart.

I am telling you all this now because once again I will probably not be posting much.  I hope it will not be long till I once again post a card however.

I also noticed there were about ten people who stopped following me:(  That made me sad. Please do not give up on me. I will try to do better in letting you know I am still around. I do go to many blogs and snoop at what you guys are doing, even if I do not comment. For example Lisa I love the kinda different things you are doing with the delusion products. But i will tell you I love the spellbinders stuff more:)) even so you could use mud and I would love what you do,LOL!

Well I am going to go rest now after that procedure I feel like a train ran over me!

I love you all, Hugs forever, Pam

Did you think I was gone?

I bet you thought I was lost!  No but I have had a lot to deal with lately. I probably will not be posting much for a while. I am dealing with a pretty serious illness right now. But I wanted to at least give my followers a heads up. I will post as I am feeling good enough to do so. Right now I probably will only be writing or sharing baby pictures, and not  many cards. I hope you all understand.

So here are a couple of my favorite baby pictures, Kyce just turned 1 on August 25, he is walking, and doing some talking that you actually understand:)) These are from his birthday, he had his own cake!!  What a mess, but so fun!!

This is his big brother Reece. He's the one that bought him the hat!!

We will talk again later, I miss you guys!

Hugs, Pam

Going camping!!! An Altoid tin, and of course Kyce!

I thought I would leave all my dear sweet friends a note that we are going camping this week. We will be gone 8 days. I look forward to going every year so much. This trip is the first of 3 we will be going on. This first one we are taking our granddaughter Kohlbee. Then we will be taking Reece on the next trip in August, and the last one is in September. In that one Ray and I are going alone, just him and me.

I thought I would also share another Altoids tin album with you all too. This one is still not real decorated. You guys can do a much better job then I do.  I just don't have the ability to spend long periods doing something, but I try. Well anyway, all of you have a great week, I'll check in when we get back. I love every one of you, and I will miss you loads.

Here's the tin.

I thought I would also share a picture of Kyce especially for Susan, who has adopted him. He will be walking really soon, yikes!!! I can barely keep up with him now.  He can now stand up all by himself in the middle of the room. He hasn't connected the feet moving thing yet, but not far off. This was him showing off!

Ok, I need to get some last minute stuff done, so I'll see you guys later, have a great rest of your week and week-end. I love you all.

Hugs, Pam

Kyce playing on my floor

Here is a quick post of some pictures of Kyce. I was babysitting and he was just so darn cute! He is just starting to crawl, sorta of:))  He actually scoots or drags himself, either way he is growing so fast. He also loves to eat as his big old fatty belly, and those ham hocks of thighs show! He has 3 teeth now, and is on solids for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  His adopted Nanny Susan wanted to see him, and since I adore Susan it is easy to do as she asks.

Hugs, to Susan and all the rest of my blog blends who are such marvelous blessings in my life, Pam

A few new pictures of Kyce per request!

Some of my dear friends have asked about Kyce. He is getting so big!! He is an excellent eater:))) He loves to cuddle, sit on your lap, and talk or laugh with you.  He is a really good baby. Very seldom does he cry, but he does get cranky if he is hungry. He sucks his fingers! His mom sucked her thumb, I find it so sweet:)

Jacquie brought him over this afternoon so I took some pictures. He is just so darn cute!!  And his Nanny sure loves him.  In the pictures if you look over his shoulder there is a picture of the rest of my family, they had this picture taken for me as a Christmas gift.  They did it this way because my daughters are (natural) blonds, with blue eyes, and fair skin, and I am half Spanish, so this is a picture of  my Spanish family! Ha-Ha!!The grand-kids at least are darker, with brown eyes, and dark hair like their Nanny, well when I was young, my hair is gray now:)  Hope you enjoy a little piece of me.

 Hugs, Pam

Some pictures of Kyce!

My dear friend Lisa @A Mermaid's Crafts,  has asked to see some new pictures of my brand new grandson Kyce. There are other pictures from when he was born on my blog. These are just a couple from this last week. He has really grown! He is over 9 lbs. He is a wonderful baby. He is starting to really smile now, and is just so darn sweet. He loves to cuddle, and be real close.  Well enough of  Nanny's rantings, here are his pictures especially for Lisa.

Isn't he awesome!!!!!

Update for all my friends.

This is a short post, well not so short, to let you all know what is going on with me. I still have about 3 weeks before the room is done. They are coming around the 15th to put in the carpet. So shortly after that the room will be done, finally. My daughter has been bringing Kyce over a lot so his Nanny can see him. He is growing but still just now gaining back his birth weight. He is a very good baby. He is not at all a fussy baby. When he cries it's because he has  a reason, wants his diaper changed or he's hungry. He sleeps about 7 hours at night, can't ask for much more. He is a wonderful baby boy!!

                                                            His big sister!

His big brother!

Now the next thing is I am having a lot of sleeping problems, so I have to have a sleep study. It is scheduled for Oct. 5th.  I take a bunch of meds plus pretty strong pain meds, so I think that may have something to do with it. I can not stay in one position all night or I would be unable to move the next day. So I wake up several times a night, therefore I sleep badly. It's a vicious circle! Later today when my hubby gets home I have to go get blood drawn. Yuck!!!

I do have a card to post but it will probably be a couple of days. I have come to realize I am not up to posting every day obviously! So I will do what I can, and I hope that's OK with all of you. I also have some things put together for a giveaway for all of you, that I will be posting about in a few days.

I really want you all to know how much you all mean to me:) You bring joy into my life, I appreciate every one of you. There are days when I get so down and then I open my blog and one of you has come for a visit and left a wonderfully kind and sweet comment, and I remember, God is good and so is life!! And there are wonderful people in this world! You all are among those wonderful people. I am very lucky to be apart of this craft world. Thank you, thank you all so much :)))))

Hugs, Pam
