I have been in the hospital!

Hi guys!!

I am so sorry I haven't done my drawing yet or even let you all know what has gone on.  As I told you all in my last post (Dec. 1)  I had some DR. appointments.

Well I was put in the hospital Thursday after noon. With a heart problem! Apparently it was not working!! It came as a kick in the head! I was really afraid, not of dying, but of the unknown. God was so good though, He got me some really good heart doctors. They were really great, and gave me peace about what was going on.
Friday morning they put in a pacemaker. I must say other than being very very sore, I am felling a bit better. I am sure you all understand it may be a few more days before I pick a winner for my giveaway.

Please know all my dear friends I am going to be good. I can't use my left arm much for about 6 weeks, so I don't know how much crafting I will be doing, but hey I am alive though!!!  Any and all prayers are greatly appreciated.  I will be back as soon as I can with a winner, I promise:))

Big, big hugs, Pam

Don't worry about that silly give away, we, (your devoted blog buddies), are much more concerned about you getting well. You focus your energy on that dear. Your family needs you healthy. I will be keeping you in my thoughts Pam. I hope you feel better real soon.

    {Big big hugs...but not too big, I don't want it to hurt}}

  10. I have been kinda worried about you because it was not like you to be gone so long! I am so glad that you are on the mend now... and I will send lots of positive thoughts and prayers your way! I know what you are going through, my brain aneurysms were very scary... death is not the worst thing and it really shook me up but it also brought a new feeling to me... colors were brighter, music crisper, memories and loved ones felt sweeter and closer than ever, hold onto it and cherish every day as a blessing! You will be back to crafting soon and it too will be better than ever... take your time and heal well and know you have lots of people that care, I'm here if you ever need a shoulder!

  11. A big "Thank you" to each of you. You all will never know how much your words mean to me. My husband says to me have any of your blog friends written? And I say OHGosh yes!! They are always here for me!!

    I am taking it all real slow, my left arm and shoulder are very sore, and achy, and I have had a headache for the last 3 days! But I can sure breathe better, most important if one is to live!!

    I will do my random.org in a few minutes and post the winner.

    Hugs, to you all, Pam

  13. Pam,
    Are you on nitro? It will cause headaches big time! I had a heart attack at the age of 40, it is how they discovered I had Behcets. I am so glad they found the problem before the heart attack. I started scrapping after my heart attack. I foud it to be very therapeutic. Make sure you keep up with cardic rehab: Healing hugs and prayers are bing sent you way! http://visionsofpaper.blogspot.com/
