The picture is a little distorted so I apologize for my lack of picture taking skills. I am just so proud of myself to have been able to post twice this week. Well here is my leprechaun. Susan asked me where my little man comes from, it's the Simply Charmed cart. I love this cartridge!
I found a few challenges to put this in. In DL.ARThttp://dianamlarson.blogspot.com/ you had to use a sentence from the history of St. Patrick, I used : St. Patrick's Day has come to be associated with everything Irish: anything green and gold, shamrocks and luck.
Scrappy Moms Stamps: St. Patrick's Day
Krafty Girls Ch. #2: Feelin' Lucky
Papercraft Star Ch. #87: Lucky St. Patrick's Day!
DL.ART Thankful Thursday: St. Patrick's Day
Sentimental Sundays Ch.# 93: Go Green or Recycle
Cupcake Inspirations: Picture of Irish Cupcakes
Pile it On Ch. #11: St. Patrick's Day or Shades of Green
I love your card! The little dancing leprechaun is adorable! Thanks for playing along at Krafty Girls! :)

Hi Pam, your little leprechaun is adorable in his plaid suit! My Dad was about as Irish as they come (my maiden name is Smiley... very Irish) and we could not leave the house on St. Patrick's Day without the green on... he would have loved the plaid as well! Glad to see you feeling good!

{{{applause}}} Yay! Twice in a week Pam, excellent! I'm so proud of you! ;)
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get this image? It's adorable! I'm loving this card for two reasons. The first is that it's so dawg gone cute! The second is that it reminds me of my hubby Patrick. You see, everytime he does something to get "that look" from me he starts dancing around singing, " I'm a leprechaun, I'm a leprechaun". When he does this he looks just like the one on this card, (but without the beard). He is also 6"4 and 280 lbs. which makes it even funnier. When he wakes up I will be showing him this card! lol! Thanks for the laugh Pam! Good job!
Have a wonderful day!

Aww, this is so sweet! :o) I love that happy leprechaun and especially love that you made him dance. :o) Wonderful idea to dress him in argyle instead of the standard solid green! This is so cheerful.. I'm so excited you were able to post twice this week. God loves you so much, as do we all. :o) Have a gorgeous Sunday, my dear friend!

Hey Pam!!
ReplyDeleteIt's me...your friend Susan{{I'm waving}}! How are you doing? I haven't been able to get on much this past week but when I have I've been looking to see if you posted. I hope all is good and you're feeling better. How is our little grandbaby doing? I'd love to hear any new stories! I bet his little teeth are coming in really quick now. Oh but that teething period always was so heartbreaking wasn't it? At times you can tell how much it bothers them but there was only so much that could be done. The little red checks, drool and runny noses. Poor little ones. I hope Kyce isn't having a tough time with it. Have you been able to get out and about this week? I look forward to hearing from you! ;)
