This is a card I did using Kate's ABC's Cartridge. I really like this cart. It has some of the sweetest little girl, or young lady images. Yet it has so many other uses too. I've been having some good days, so I made a few cards in the past three days. Sometimes I make things hard on myself, because I like to always make at least 2 of every thing I make. That way I can give some away and still have one for a pattern. I also make cards for my sister-in-law, sister, and my daughters. So when I put little bundles together for them I need multiples.

Well enough chatter, this is the card I did. I will be entering it in some challenges if I find some it might fit.

The solid paper I used was Bazzill, and the patterned paper was from the American Girl super pad. The ovals were cut from Elegant Edges, and the Bonnet and Friends are from Kate's ABC's Cartridge. I thought it came out kinda cute, and I loved this color combo. When I was poking posies, I loved mixing red and purple, and pink and orange, you just need a anchor color. I hope you like it too.

By the way I want you all to know about a new blog I just found, and she has a huge giveaway going. Go check her out. Her blog is fantastic, she is just awesome. Creating from the Heart. Really go see her!

I will be entering this card in the following Challenges:

Paper Cutz Challenge # 97: Use Pink, Orange, White and a little Black
Phindy's Place Challenge #61: Going round in circles

  1. Pam, your card is so very pretty, no beautiful. I am loving it. TFS! ~Shen

  2. What a sweet little card & hat! I was trying to think of a card for this challenge and having a hard time with the pink/orange/white color scheme- maybe now I'll have to try it! Great job! :)Amy

  3. So beautiful the hat has come out. The colors are so good

  4. I like the hat card with the border. I have the Kate's ABCs cartridge, have yet to use it and you have inspired me to use it.
    "Sunshine HoneyBee"

  5. This is just gorgeous, my dear friend! I am so enamored with this cart and have a hat project planned for my sweet mom. :o) This card is so beautiful. The sorbet colors look so pretty and sunshiny, yet you still made it elegant. A perfect friendship card. :o) Beautiful work as always. Most importantly, I'm so happy you've had a few good days. God loves and cares for you so much. :o)

    Hugs and blessings!
