A Smile and a Daisy - How Sweet!

This week I felt pretty good so I made a few cards for a few challenges. I could have just made one card for all the different challenges but having good days to craft for me, comes at intervals. The last couple of days were good, so I enjoyed doing more than one. Here's the second card I did. I am putting this card in a few challenges. I'll give that  information at the bottom of my post. I'm so sorry the pictures are so washed out. I am trying different things to fix that, but haven't yet as per these photos. This is a bright and cheerful card, I wish it showed that way.

This is a Z fold card. I really like this style of card. It is something different than a regular A2 but still fits in a A2 envelope. The stamp I colored, I am a horrible color-er!! So sorry.  But I liked the little Ladybug, I just think she is so sweet. And the Peachy Keen Stamps make her even more sweet. She is holding a daisy, by far the sweetest of God's flowers in my humble opinion. My girls' would bring me a daisy almost everyday in the summer when they were little. A daisy always makes  me  smile.  The sun Is from the Doodlecharms cartridge. I love this cartridge. The punch is a EK Success punch, I don't know what it is called.   Here's a shot of the inside.

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

  1.  My Craft Spot: How Sweet it is #13
  2. Getting Cricky with K Andrew:  Face It!
  3. Fantabulous Cricut:  Summer Fun #65

  10. Wow, Pam!! So much that I just LOVE about your card!! :) I love the shimmery background paper, and I LOVE that you made a 'Z' fold card (another one of my favorite styles!)!! I am a BIG fan of daisies too... I have a hard time when someone says they are a weed!! I would rather have a bouquet of sweet daisies than any other flower!! Your ladybug is so sweet -- love it...

  14. Oh Pam, this is so sweet from every facet! The inspiration behind it is sweeter than pie, which made your love really sparkle through in its execution. :o) The ladybug is so adorable (and you colored her just fine!) and the colors really bring the card to life. Beautiful card, my dear friend. It will surely be treasured. :o)
